Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ2 am. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (773) 453-8700. I come here pretty regularly, at least 1-2 times a week. Tonight I came through the drive thru waited at the menu to have my order taken for about 5/10 with 3 more cars behind me and nothing. A car drove around me and went to the window, I waited for a couple more minutes and I drove around the the window aw well. The lady working opened the window and didnβt say a word just looked at me. I explained that I was at the menu and no one said anything and she said that she was on her phone, no apology for the wait the wait or anything. She than asked if I wanted to order. I really thought that part was very obvious it a pizza place were people come to order food. She seemed completely uninterested to be at work given that she told a customer she had waiting for about 10 minutes that she was on her phone.

Iβve been coming to Slice Factory about twice a week after work lately, and I honestly canβt say enough good things about this place. From day one, the lady working there has been such a breath of fresh air...always professional, super pleasant, and just makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. βThe pizza is consistently fresh, but what I really appreciate is that they actually take the time to cut the slices properly. It sounds like a small thing, but Iβve been to so many spots where they just "slaughter-cut" the pie and it ends up looking like a sloppy mess. Here, the presentation is always neat and on point, which I really respect. βHonestly, itβs a 10/10 for me. My only problem is that the pizza is so good it never actually makes it all the way to my house... I usually finish it before I even get out of the car! π€£π

To be honest this is somewhat of a late post, around 10:15 p.m. February 14th I was getting off work and I was on my way home but I had a taste for a slice pizza. And to my convenience there was the slice Factory. the last time I've been to a slice Factory was when I was 17 years old and I was in Fullerton, haven't found a time nor I've been back since till that night. When I first pulled up the place seemed closed but the lady urge me to go around to the drive-thru this is my first time at this location. The lady seemed very welcoming and told me about the specials I just grabbed two Jumbo slices and a glazed old fashioned which I did not know they started selling. I went to the window and I paid and she was very kind she told me about the rewards program and that if I sign up I also get a coupon and for every 100 points I make, I get $5. Sounds cool. Not only that once I got my food the lady gave me also a extra donut for free I didn't expect to get a extra donut but I was very thankful and it made my night. And of course the piece is still has that taste from back when I was 17 still pretty good.
